Exploration and Practice of training mode for outstanding Engineers in Internet of Things

从物联网教育现状分析出发,探索培养物联网卓越工程师人才的有效模式。柳州工学院通过深化校企合作,创新教学模式,从人才培养方案的制定、课程体系建设、教学资源建设、师资培养、理论课、实训课、实习等环节进行重构,形成物联网专业创新型、工程型人才培养新模式。改革取得了良好的成效,为工科专业培养卓越工程师提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of Internet of Things education,the effective mode of training excellent engineers in the Internet of Things is explored.By deepening school-enterprise cooperation and innovating teaching mode,Liuzhou Institute of Technology reconstructs the personnel training program formulation,curriculum system construction,teaching resources construction,teacher training,theory courses,practical courses,practice and other links to form a new innovative and engineering talent training mode of the Internet of Things.The reform has achieved good results and provided reference for training excellent engineers in engineering specialty.
