制首乌醇提物对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠脂质代谢及肠道微生物的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ethanol extract of Polygonum Multiflora Radix Pareparata on lipid metabolism and gut microbiota in obese mice induced by high-fat diet

摘要 目的:从脂质代谢及肠道微生物(GM)角度来探讨制首乌醇提物(RPMP)对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠模型的干预机制。方法:对小鼠血清及肝脏中生化指标进行检测,并采取16S rRNA测序对小鼠GM组成结构进行分析。结果:RPMP的干预能够减轻高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠体重、肝重增加,调节血清及肝脏的TC、TG趋于正常水平,并且一定程度上恢复了GM的结构紊乱。结论:RPMP对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠发挥的保护作用可能是通过调节脂质代谢及GM结构来实现的。 Objective:To investigate the intervention mechanism of the ethanol extract of Polygonum Multiflora Radix Pareparata(RPMP) on the obesity mouse model induced by high-fat diet from the perspective of lipid metabolism and gut microbiota(GM).Method:The biochemical indicators in mouse serum and liver were detected.The composition and structure of mouse GM was analyzed using 16 S rRNA sequencing.Result:The intervention of RPMP can reduce the body weight and liver weight of obese mice induced by high-fat diet,adjust the serum and liver TC and TG to normal levels,and restore the structural disorder of GM in a certain extent.Conclusion:The protective effect of RPMP on obese mice induced by high-fat diet may be achieved by regulating lipid metabolism and GM structure.
