中医疫病视野下新型冠状病毒肺炎病机与防治方法浅析

Analysis of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in the field of epidemic disease of TCM

新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医学疫病范畴,具有较强的传染性和传播力,给全世界造成了严重的冲击和影响。在中国,中医药为提前迎来战"疫"的曙光起到了不可替代的作用,有效帮助了疫情防控阻击战的胜利。本文结合历代文献资料,从中医疫病角度浅析其对新冠病毒主要病因、"湿毒疫"病机,以及其"正气存内,邪不可干,避其邪气"的调节机制,并归纳中医药在不同发病时期对新冠肺炎的诊治方法,探究其产生极佳临床疗效的原因,同时也引发了对于中医药未来发展的进一步思考。

The new type of Corona Virus Disease 2019 belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine epidemic disease,which has strong infectious and spreading power,and has caused serious impact and influence worldwide.In China,traditional Chinese medicine plays an irreplaceable role in the "epidemic" war,and effectively helps the prevention of the epidemic.Based on the literature of the past dynasties,this paper analyzes the main etiology,pathogenesis and regulation mechanism of corona virus from the perspective of TCM epidemic disease,and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment methods of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in different stages,and explores the reasons for its excellent clinical efficacy.At the same time,it also leads to further thinking about the future development of traditional Chinese medicine.
