摘要
目的分析成渝地区孕妇有关唐氏综合征的认知与行为。方法选择2019年6月~2020年3月于电子科技大学医学院附属妇女儿童医院、重庆医科大学附属第一医院进行唐氏筛查的孕妇共620人为研究对象,采用自行设计调查问卷对唐氏综合征、产前筛查及产前诊断的认知与应用倾向进行调查。结果64.73%的孕妇知晓唐氏综合征是导致智力缺陷的遗传病,77.73%的孕妇同意所有孕妇都应进行唐氏综合征的筛查或诊断,37.16%的孕妇理解唐氏筛查只能评估风险高低而不能确诊,50.05%的孕妇认识到无创基因检测准确性接近诊断技术。结论需加强孕妇对唐氏综合征筛查的宣传教育,使其了解筛查的重要性并正确认识筛查结果,而无创基因检测可能会成为孕妇唐氏综合征的筛查手段。
Objective To analyze the cognition and behavior of Down’s syndrome among pregnant women in Chengdu-Chongqing area.Methods A total of 620 pregnant women who were screened for Down’s syndrome in the Women and Children’s Hospital of the School of Medicine UESTC and the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the cognition and application tendency of Down syndrome,prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis.Results 64.73%of pregnant women knew that Down’s syndrome was a genetic disease that caused mental retardation,and 77.73%of pregnant women agreed that all pregnant women should be screened or diagnosed for Down’s syndrome.37.16%of pregnant women understood that Down’s screening can only assess the level of risk and cannot be diagnosed,and 50.05%of pregnant women realized that the accuracy of non-invasive genetic testing was close to that of diagnostic technology.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of pregnant women on Down syndrome screening,so that they understand the importance of screening and correctly understand the screening results.Non-invasive genetic testing may become a screening method for pregnant women with Down syndrome.
