王阳明心学身体观的内涵有:人是天地之心,心为身之主宰;从位置上说,心为大头脑处;从功能上说,心为主宰处;心身合一是知行合一的基础;心为身主,知是行的主意,旨在克除恶念;身为心用,行为知之成,真知必能行;身为基础,心为超越。其现实启示在于医学目的即良知,具有内在性、多层次性、天然自有性。彰显医学目的即是“致良知”,医学目的的内在性,体现其处于医学实践的大头脑处;医学目的的多层次性,体现发动医学实践之主体的大小不同;而医学目的的天然自有性,集中体现于最高层级的医学目的之中。

The connotation of the body view in Wang Yangming's philosophy of mind includes that man is the heart of the universe,mind is the master of body,mind is the big head,in terms of position,mind is the master,in terms of function.The integration of mind and body is the basis for the unity of knowledge and action.Mind is the master of body,knowing is the idea of action,the intention is to eliminate evil thoughts.Body is the application of mind,action is the achievement of knowledge,genuine knowledge can do it.Body is the basic,and mind is the transcendence.Its practical implication is that medical purpose is"intuitive knowledge",it is intrinsic,multi-level,and natural.Therefore,the purpose of medicine is"intuitive knowledge".The internality of the medical purpose indicates that it is the leading role in medical practice.The multi-level of the medical purpose reflects the different levels of the practice subject.The naturalness of the medical purpose embodies in its highest level.
