叙事护理及其在乳腺癌疗护中的应用

Narrative Nursing and Its Application in Breast Cancer Nursing

对叙事护理的概念及其在乳腺癌患者疗护中的应用进行分析。结合既往资料,从叙事护理的概念产生,定义特征,在乳腺癌患者疗护中的应用方式、原则、效果等方面进行具体阐述。叙事护理的概念特征包括全面、共频、敬畏、包容、互馈五个属性。叙事护理对乳腺癌患者进行疗护,可有效建立心理-躯体-心理治疗的良性循环,改善患者及其家属情感体验与生活质量。研究发现,叙事护理不是单一时段护理,它贯穿护理过程始终,对于护理人员提供针对性照护,加强护患沟通,促进护患关系起导向作用。

This paper analyzed the concept of narrative nursing and its application in the nursing of breast cancer patients.Combined with the previous data,the concept of narrative nursing was generated,the characteristics were defined,and the application mode,principle and effect in the nursing of breast cancer patients were elaborated in detail.The conceptual characteristics of narrative care included five attributes:comprehensive quality,common frequency,awe,inclusion,and mutual feedback.Narrative nursing for breast cancer patients can effectively establish a virtuous cycle of psycho-somatic-psychotherapy and improve the emotional experience and life quality of patients and their families.Narrative nursing is not a single period of nursing,but runs through the nursing process,provides targeted nursing for nursing staff,strengthens nurse-patient communication,and promotes nurse-patient relationship.
