在地性视角下的乡村度假村风貌营造策略探析——以柞水县香炉沟村某度假村为例

An Analysis of the Construction Strategies of Countryside Resort Landscape from the View of Locality:A Case Study of Countryside Resort in Xianglugou Village,Zhashui County

随着国家对乡村旅游鼓励政策的出台及人们消费理念的转变,我国的乡村度假村越来越受到消费者的欢迎,但现行的乡村度假村的风貌营造却参差不齐。文章通过分析在地性理念及乡村度假村的发展现状,提出将在地性理念植入乡村度假村风貌营造中,围绕因地制宜、以人为本、与时俱进三个设计原则展开,通过场地环境营造、建筑风貌确立、人文精神烘托三个环节,探析在地性视角下的营造策略,并以陕西省商洛市柞水县香炉沟村某乡村度假村为例,探索乡村度假村风貌的在地营造。

With the introduction of the national incentive policies for rural tourism and the change in consumption concept,countryside resorts are becoming more and more popular.However,the current countryside resorts’landscape construction are uneven.By analyzing the concept of locality and the development status of countryside resort,the paper puts forward the idea of putting locality into the construction of rural resort landscape construction,extracting the three design principles of adjusting measures to local conditions,putting people oriented,and keeping pace with the times.Through the construction of site environment,the establishment of architectural landscape and humanistic spirit,this paper explores the construction strategy from the perspective of locality.This paper takes a countryside resort in Xianglugou Village,Zhashui County,Shannxi Province as an example to analyze the construction of countryside resort landscape from the perspective of locality.
