《老子》“三宝”健康人文思想研究

Research on the Health Humanities of Three Treasures in Lao Zi

《老子》曰:“我有三宝,持而保之。一曰慈,二曰俭,三曰不敢为天下先。”《老子》“三宝”蕴含丰富的健康人文思想对于医者而言,“慈”意味着“先发大慈恻隐之心,誓愿普救含灵之苦”,“俭”意味着“不得恃己所长,专心经略财物”,“不敢为天下先”意味着不能“訾毁诸医,自矜己德,谓天下无双”;对于普通民众而言,“慈”意味着关心和爱惜自己的身体,“俭”要求保守精气、养护身心,食饮有节、有度,不奢侈,“不敢为天下先”意味着要淡泊名利,居下不争、知足长乐,要顺应自然,尊重人的“生长壮老已”规律,坦然面对死亡。《老子》“三宝”健康人文思想对于健康中国的建设具有重要的意义和价值。

Lao Zi said:I have Three Treasures;Guard them and keep them safe.The first is Love.The second is Never too much.The third is Never to be the first in the world.They are three health humanistic principles guiding medical practice and common people's lives.To medical practitioners,"Love"demonstrates that doctors should adhere with sympathy to saving people from illness."Never too much"requires doctors never to squeeze patients for money,and"Never to be the first in the world"means that modesty always comes the first,it is unforgivable to slander colleagues.For general public,"Love"indicates taking care of health;"Never too much"requires saving essential qi,maintaining and following beneficial dietary;"Never to be the first in the world"means being indifferent to fame and wealth,respecting the law of birth and death,and taking demise normally when end comes.All in all,these principles are of indispensable significance in"Health China"policy.
