糖尿病患者对医患共同决策辅助工具态度的研究

Diabetic Patients'Attitudes towards the Patient Decision Aids in Shared Decision-making

医患共同决策在糖尿病治疗中有重要作用,而决策辅助工具是促进医患共同决策的重要手段。拟探讨糖尿病患者对使用决策辅助工具帮助自身参与医患共同决策的态度。在北京朝阳医院内分泌科门诊连续入选使用过医患共同决策辅助工具的糖尿病患者200例进行问卷调查,发现大多数糖尿病患者支持医患共同决策模式,并认同决策辅助工具。年轻、受教育程度高的糖尿病患者对医患共同决策模式和决策辅助工具的接受度更高。但也发现决策辅助工具不能替代医护人员,医护人员应对糖尿病患者进行个体化帮助,再辅之以决策辅助工具。

Shared decision-making plays essential role in the treatment of diabetes.Patient decision aids are the important means to promote the shared decision-making.The purpose of this study is to explore the attitude of diabetic patients towards using patient decision aids to help them participate in shared decision-making.In this study,200 patients with diabetes who had used patient decision aids from the Department of Endocrinology,Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire.It was found that most of diabetic patients supported the shared decision-making and patient decision aids.Moreover,young and educated diabetic patients have a higher acceptance of shared decision-making and patient decision aids.However,this study also found that patient decision aids can not replace the role of medical staff.Medical staff should provide both individualized help and patient decision aids to patients with diabetes.
