影响振动式挖掘机土壤分离能力主要因素

摘要 为了确定试验因素振幅、振动频率和拖拉机前进速度对振动式挖掘机土壤分离能力的影响程度,首先进行土壤切削试验,测得每处理时的振动筛上堆积的土壤高度;然后进行多元方差分析及各水平间的多重比较分析。结果表明:影响振动式挖掘机土壤分离能力的主次顺序为振幅、前进速度及振动频率;提高振动式挖掘机土壤分离能力的最佳因素水平组合是振幅9 mm,拖拉机前进速度为0.91 m/s,振动频率14.9 Hz。 In order to determine the influence of the amplitude of the test factors,the vibration frequency and the forward speed of the tractor on the soil separation ability of the vibrating digger,the soil cutting test was first carried out to measure the accumulated soil height on the vibrating sieve per treatment.Then multivariate analysis of variance and multiple comparative analysis were carried out among different levels.The analysis results show that the main order of influencing the soil separation ability of the vibrating digger is amplitude,forward speed and vibration frequency.The best level combination of factors to improve the soil separation ability of the vibrating digger is the amplitude of 9mm,the forward speed of the tractor is 0.91 m/s,and the vibration frequency is 14.9 Hz.
