摘要
湘西黄金茶制作基本上采用人工加工,少量采用机械制茶的企业采用燃煤、染生物质加热系统,生产环节产品的二次污染现象普遍。普遍存在制茶产量不高、标准不一、技艺水平不一、产品品质参差不齐等问题,极大地制约了品牌的提升和市场的扩大。笔者在研究总结湘西黄金茶制作工艺要求的基础上,设计了一种采用西门子S7-300型PLC为控制单元的茶叶智能化杀青装置,并进行了有关试验。试验结果表明:湘西黄金茶采用该智能杀青装置进行杀青工艺,其外形、香气、滋味、汤色和叶底均优于传统滚筒杀青工艺,明显提高了湘西黄金茶的品质。
At present,Xiangxi golden tea is basically manufactured by manual processing,and a small number of enterprises using mechanical tea are using coal-fired and dyeing biomass heating system,so the secondary pollution of products in the production process is common.There are some problems in tea production,such as low output,different standards,different skills and different product quality,which restrict the promotion of brand and the expansion of market.On the basis of studying and summarizing the technological requirements of Xiangxi golden tea,an intelligent tea green killing device based on Siemens S7-300 PLC was designed.The results show that the shape,aroma,taste,soup color and leaf bottom of Xiangxi golden tea are better than those of traditional roller.
