摘要 在信息技术不断发展的过程中,信息与工业之间实现了深度融合,数控编程技术重要性越来越明显,数控编程会对过程稳定性、加工效率、加工精度等产生直接影响。如果产品的结构较为复杂,则对于精度要求也就更高,传统模式下的手工编程已经难以满足实际需要,自动编程将会成为未来数控编程的主流方式。加工工艺主要包括刀具选择、切削参数、工序安排、加工位置等,数控编程与加工工艺之间的联系十分紧密。 In the process of the continuous development of information technology,information and industry to achieve a deep integration,numerical control into the importance of related technology is more and more obvious,numerical control programming will have a direct impact on the stability of the process,processing efficiency,machining accuracy.If the structure of the product is more complex,it will be better for the precision requirements,the traditional mode of manual programming has been difficult to meet the actual needs,automatic programming belongs to the future of CNC programming is an important way.Processing technology mainly includes tool selection,cutting parameters,working procedure arrangement,processing position,etc.,the connection between numerical control programming and processing technology is very close.
