摘要 目的探讨PBL联合全功能急救模拟人在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法以急诊科轮转的参与住院医师规范化培训的专业型硕士研究生为研究对象,随机分为PBL组及PBL+急救模拟人组,PBL组采用普通模型进行操作训练,PBL+急救模拟人组利用SimMan全功能急救模拟人训练,轮转结束后两组住培医师进行统一的理论考试、技能考核及问卷调查,比较两组教学效果。结果PBL组与PBL+急救模拟人组理论考试无显著性差异,PBL组技能考核成绩明显高于PBL组。PBL+急救模拟人组教学满意度、教学互动性及学习主动性均高于PBL组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全功能急救综合模拟人联合PBL教学可提高急诊科住培医师熟练整合运用急救相关的理论知识及操作技术的能力,有利于快速衔接真实诊疗实践。 Objective To evaluate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)with SimMan simulation in the standardized training of pediatric emergency residents.Methods 72 graduate students of standardized training in emergency department were randomly divided into PBL group given traditional PBL teaching method and PBL with SimMan group given PBL combined with SimMan simulation teaching method.After the training of the emergency department,the two groups conducted unified theoretical examination,skill assessment and questionnaire survey to compare the teaching effects.Results There was no significant difference in the average score of theoretical examination between two groups.The score of the skill assessment in PBL with SimMan group was significantly higher than that in PBL group(P<0.05).The questionnaire showed that the teaching satisfaction,teaching interaction and learning initiative of the PBL with SimMan group were all better than those of the PBL group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with SimMan teaching could improve the ability of residents to skillfully integrate emergency theoretical knowledge and operation technology,which was conducive to adapt to the real diagnosis and treatment practice.
