摘要
安徽省疾病预防控制中心历年来通过举办继续医学教育项目等方式指导全省疾控中心开展业务工作。继续医学教育项目质量和培训效果对全省疾控中心专业技术人员业务素养和能力的提升具有重要作用。文章通过查阅安徽省继续医学教育平台和安徽省疾控中心历年项目管理资料,总结2015年1月—2019年12月继续医学教育项目情况,探讨项目管理工作中存在的问题和解决对策,为今后更好地开展继续医学教育项目,提升全省疾控中心专业技术人员业务素养和能力,推动公共卫生事业持续发展提供依据。
Over the years,Anhui Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)has been guiding the provincial CDC to carry out its business work by organizing continuing medical education(CME)projects and other means.The quality and training effect of CME project play an important role in improving the professional and technical personnel's quality and ability of the provincial CDC.By consulting the CME platform of Anhui Province and the project management data of Anhui CDC in past years,this paper summarizes the CME projects of Anhui CDC during January 2015 to December 2019,and discusses the problems and countermeasures in project management,in order to provide basis for carrying out CME projects,improving the professional and technical personnel's quality and ability of the provincial CDC,and promoting the sustainable development of public health in the future.
