国外医学术语数据库浅析及我国医学术语库发展建议

Analysis of Foreign Medical Terminology Databases and Suggestions for the Development of Chinese Medical Terminology Databases

通过对国外权威和主流的医学术语数据库的发展情况进行研究,对比分析国内医学术语标准化研究存在体系结构单一、主题领域较宽泛、数据体量较小等问题。结合我国医学术语研究的现状,提出中文医学术语标准化研究和数据库建设应加大政策支持并制定中长期发展规划、建设面向应用的临床医学术语数据库、强化术语标准化的基础技术研究、加强医学信息学高级人才培养等建议。虽然中文医学术语标准化研究和数据库建设存在差距、面临困难,但是多年来的大量基础性工作也为下一步工作奠定了基础;中文医学术语标准化研究和数据库建设应不断完善并更好地应用于临床和医学科研工作。

Through the research on the development of foreign authoritative and mainstream medical terminology databases,this paper compares and analyzes the problems of domestic medical terminology standardization research,such as single architecture,wide subject area,small data volume and so on.Combined with the current situation of medical terminology research in China,it is suggested that the research and database construction of Chinese medical terminology standardization should increase policy support,formulate medium and long-term development plan,build application-oriented clinical medical terminology database,strengthen the basic technology research of terminology standardization,and strengthen the training of senior medical informatics talents.Although there are gaps and difficulties in the standardization research and database construction of Chinese medical terms,a lot of basic work over the years has laid the foundation for the next step;Chinese medical terminology standardization research and database construction should be continuously improved and better applied to clinical and medical research.
