降钙素原联合C反应蛋白检测在血流感染中的应用

Application of Procalcitonin Combined With C-reactive Protein Detection in Bloodstream Infection

目的评价血流感染早期临床诊断中应用降钙素原与C反应蛋白联合检测的价值,为血流感染早期早期诊断、治疗工作提供参考。方法选择本院收治住院治疗的疑似血流感染患者,总计200例,行血培养检查,检测患者的降钙素原与C反应蛋白水平,了解血培养阳性、阴性情况以及降钙素原与C反应蛋白水平差异性。结果经检测后,血样培养阳性患者72例、阴性患者128例。降钙素原与C反应蛋白阴性、阳性指标水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,降钙素原与C反应蛋白血清指标临床诊断敏感度、特异度指标较高,多数指标高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论血流感染早期诊断中联合应用降钙素原、C反应蛋白检测方便且价值高,利于疾病早期治疗。

Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the early clinical diagnosis of bloodstream infection,and to provide reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of bloodstream infection.Methods 200 patients with suspected bloodstream infection in our hospital were selected for blood culture examination.The levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were detected to understand the positive and negative conditions of blood culture and the differences between procalcitonin and C-reactive protein.Results 72 cases were positive and 128 cases were negative.There was a significant difference between procalcitonin and C-reactive protein(P<0.05).In addition,the sensitivity and specificity of serum markers of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the early diagnosis of bloodstream infection is convenient and valuable,which is beneficial to the early treatment of the disease.
