盘状半月板损伤的关节镜治疗

Arthroscopic Treatment of Discoid Meniscus Injury

目的探讨盘状半月板的关节镜微创治疗方法及临床效果。方法对2015年12月—2018年12月本院12例盘状半月板患者常规采用关节镜下行半月板成形或缝合术,术后指导患者行早期积极的康复训练。结果12例患者随访4~12个月,术后1个月所有患者均无关节肿胀、疼痛,无明显关节间隙压痛,无关节交锁及弹响,McMurray实验(-),无1例感染。按改良Lysholm评分标准进行随访疗效的评定:其中,优8例,良3例,可1例,优良率为91.7%。结论关节镜下半月板成形术和/或半月板缝合术治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤,具有手术微创、创伤很小,手术后恢复时间短,患者心理接受程度高,疗效有效而可靠,手术效果好等特点。

Objective To explore the arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment of discoid meniscus and its clinical effect.Methods From December 2015 to December 2018,12 cases of discoid meniscus in our hospital were treated with arthroscopic meniscal forming and/or suture,Postoperative guidance patients for early active rehabilitation training.Results 12 patients were followed up for 4~12 months,One month after surgery,all patients had no joint swelling,pain,No obvious joint space tenderness,No locks,no bounce,McMurray experiment(-),No infection in 1 case.According to the improved Lysholm scoring criteria,In 3 cases,One case,The excellent and good rate was 91.7%.Conclusion Arthroscopic lower-half meniscus arthroplasty and/or semilunar plate suture for discoid meniscus injury of the knee joint,with minimal trauma,Short recovery time after surgery,High psychological acceptance,effective and reliable,the operation effect is good and so on characteristic.
