整体性护理对冠心病心绞痛患者的应用效果

Effect of Holistic Nursing on Patients With Angina Pectoris

目的分析研究分析冠心病心绞痛患者应用整体性护理的临床效果与特点。方法选取本院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的88例冠心病心绞痛患者开展本次试验研究,随机分为参照组44例(行常规性护理)和研究组44例(行整体性护理),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组的心率指标、血压指标和心绞痛发作次数均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的物质生活评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分及护理满意度均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论给予冠心病心绞痛患者整体性护理能够促使患者各项临床指标改善,提升生活质量和护理质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and characteristics of holistic nursing in patients with angina pectoris.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,88 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing was given to the reference group,and the holistic nursing was given to the study group.Results the heart rate index,blood pressure index and the times of angina attack in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the material life score,psychological function score,social function score and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can effectively improve the vital signs of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,can significantly improve the quality of life and nursing quality of patients.
