摘要
目的探讨基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在中医脾胃病临床带教中的应用效果。方法将中医院校医学本科类30名实习生随机分为PBL教学带教组(实验组)15名和传统带教组(对照组)15名。在实习结束后,比较2组学生对中医脾胃病的理论、技能操作等掌握的差异性,并调查实验组15名学生对PBL教学法在中医脾胃病临床带教中的效果评价。结果实验组的理论能力以及技能操作高于对照组(P<0.05);绝大多数学生认为应用PBL教学能提高自学能力及锻炼学生独立临床思维能力。结论PBL教学适合中医脾胃病的临床实习带教,有利于培养学生自主学习的能力及提高学生解决实际问题的能力。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 30 medical undergraduates in university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into PBL teaching group experimental group and traditional teaching group control group.At the end of the practice,the differences of the theory and skill operation of spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups were compared,and 15 students in the experimental group were investigated to evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The theoretical ability and skill operation of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vast majority of students think that PBL teaching can improve self-study ability and train students’independent clinical thinking ability.Conclusion PBL teaching is suitable for clinical practice teaching of spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine,which is conducive to cultivating students’ability of independent learning and improving students’ability of solving practical problems.
