消炎逐瘀汤在慢性盆腔炎患者治疗中的应用

The Application of Xiaoyan Zhuyu Decoction in Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究消炎逐瘀汤在慢性盆腔炎患者治疗中的应用。方法对河源市中医院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的100例湿瘀互结型慢性盆腔炎患者展开随机对照研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(消炎逐瘀汤加西医消炎治疗)与对照组(西医消炎治疗),各50例。探讨实施不同治疗方案对治疗效果的影响。结果观察组的总有效率为98.00%(49/50)高于对照组的86.00%(43/50)(P<0.05);观察组的腰骶胀痛、下腹疼痛、盆腔积液和异常白带消失时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:在湿瘀互结型慢性盆腔炎患者治疗中应用消炎逐瘀汤加西医消炎治疗,可显著提升疗效,缩短症状消失时间,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective To explore the application of Xiaoyan Zhuyu decoction in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients.Methods100 blood stasis and dampness retardance type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients treated from February 2017 to February2019 in our hospital were investigated.According to random number table,patients were divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The observation group took Xiaoyan Zhuyu decoction and western medicine.The control group just took western medicine.Therapeutic effects were discussed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50)higher than that of the control group(86.00%(43/50))(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lumbosacral pain,lower abdominal pain,pelvic effusion and abnormal leukorrhea in the observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Xiaoyan Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine has obvious effects and shorter symptom time in blood stasis and dampness retardance type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
