半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎脾虚胃热证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Spleen Deficiency and Stomach Heat Syndrome

目的探讨半夏泻心汤辨证施治治疗慢性胃炎脾虚胃热证的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年5月就诊于江西省信丰县人民医院的86例慢性胃炎患者。将患者按随机数字表法分为A组(43例)和B组(43例)。B组行常规西药治疗,在此基础上,A组使用半夏泻心汤辨证施治治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原比值、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ、胃泌素17以及用药安全性。结果A组治疗总有效率高于B组,中医证候积分、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原比值、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ、胃泌素17水平及不良反应总发生率均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤辨证施治治疗慢性胃炎脾虚胃热证患者可有效改善其临床症状,缓解病情,保护胃黏膜,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen deficiency and stomach heat syndrome based on syndrome differentiation.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic gastritis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into group A(43 cases)and group B(43 cases)according to the random number table method.Group B was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of this,group A was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction based on syndrome differentiation.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogen ratio,pepsinogenⅡ,gastrin 17 and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,pepsinogenⅠ,pepsinogen ratio,pepsinogenⅡ,gastrin 17 levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen deficiency and stomach heat syndrome based on syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the disease,protect the gastric mucosa,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
