摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩联合饮用红茶菌液对慢性便秘的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2019年5月科室收治的慢性便秘患者72例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组36例和对照组36例。对照组给予常规肠道护理,观察组给予穴位按摩加以饮用红茶菌液,均治疗2周,观察2组的治疗效果。采用Wexner便秘评分性状评估表评估便秘病情程度,Bristol粪便性状评估表(Bristol stool form scale,BSFS),便秘患者生活质量量表(Patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire,PAC-QOL)评估治疗前后生活质量变化。结果干预后,观察组的总有效率、BSFS评分高于对照组,Wexner便秘评分和PAC-QOL评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合饮用红茶菌液能够有效地改善慢性便秘症状,改善患者的生活质量,且安全性较好,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with tea fungus on chronic constipation.Methods From November 2018 to May 2019,72 patients with chronic constipation were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was given routine intestinal nursing,and the observation group was given acupoint massage and drinking tea fungus liquid,all of which were treated for 2 weeks,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Wexner constipation scale was used to evaluate the degree of constipation,Bristol fecal scale was used to evaluate the fecal symptom score(bsfs),and constipation patients’quality of life(PAC QOL)was used to evaluate the quality of life before and after treatment.Results After intervention,the total effective rate and BSFS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while Wexner constipation score and PAC-QOL score were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with drinking tea fungus liquid can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic constipation,improve the quality of life of patients,and has good safety and better clinical application value.
