凉血散瘀方联合双抗药物治疗进展性脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Research on Cooling Blood and Dispersing Blood Stasis Recipe Combined with Dual Antibodies in the Treatment of Progressive Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨凉血散瘀方联合双抗药物治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效。方法将2018年3月—2019年12月来江西省湘东区人民医院就诊的进展性脑梗死108例患者,用随机数字表法分组,对照组54例予以双抗药物,观察组54例在对照组的基础上予以凉血散瘀方。比较2组血清凝血功能指标、血清C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)、改良RANKIN量表(Modified rankin scale,m RS)及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后2组患者凝血酶时间(Thrombin time,TT)、凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin time,PT)均有延长,纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)、CRP减少,观察组血清凝血功能指标、CRP优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者NIHSS、m RS评分下降,观察组上述评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.6%(50/54),高于对照组,79.6%(43/54),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉血散瘀方联合西药治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效突出,有利于改善神经功能缺失,对血清凝血功能及CRP产生积极的影响,适合临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of cooling blood and dispersing blood stasis recipe combined with anti-drug therapy on progressive cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 108 patients who came to our hospital for treatment of progressive cerebral infarction from March 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study.They were grouped by random data table method,54 patients in the control group were treated with double-antibodies,and 54 patients in the observation group were treated with cooling blood and dispersing blood stasis recipe based on the control group.The serum coagulation function indexes,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),neurological deficit score(NIHSS),and modified Rankin scale(mRS)were compared between the two groups for the total effective rate of treatment.Results After treatment,the thrombin time(TT)and prothrombin time(PT)were prolonged,and fibrinogen(FIB)and CRP were decreased.The serum coagulation function index and CRP of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and there had significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS and m RS scores of the two groups decreased.The above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there had significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.6%(50/54),which was higher than that of the control group(79.6%,43/54),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cooling blood and dispersing blood stasis recipe combined with western medicine has significantly curative effect on progressive cerebral infarction,which is beneficial to improve the lack of nerve function,and has a positive effect on serum coagulation function and CRP,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
