地龟汤治疗脑卒中后慢性尿路感染经验举隅

Experience of Digui Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Urinary Tract Infection after Stroke

地龟汤为国家级名老中医张炳厚教授治疗慢性肾脏病系列经验方。张老以地龟汤为基础方治疗多种肾系疾患屡见奇效。脑卒中后继发尿路感染发病率高,严重影响患者的康复质量。本文依据《素问·评热病论》所言"邪之所凑、其气必虚。"认为脑卒中后继发尿路感染为本虚标实之证,运用地龟汤攻补兼施,获得良好疗效,拓宽了本方应用范围。

Digui decoction is a series of empirical pr escriptions for the treatment of chronic kidney disease by Professor Zhang Binghou.Professor Zhang Binghou’s prescription based on Digui decoction is often effective in the treatment of various kidney diseases.The incidence of secondary urinary tract infection after stroke is high,which seriously affects the rehabilitation quality of patients.In this paper,according to the theory of Suwen·Comment on Febrile Diseases,it is said that"where evil is gathered,its qi will be empty."It is considered that the secondary urinary tract infection after stroke is the syndrome of deficiency and excess.The application of Digui decoction in combination with attack and supplement can obtain good curative effect and broaden the application scope of this prescription.
