分级诊疗体系下的社区药学人员培训模式探析

Discussion on the Training Mode of Community Pharmacy Personnel under the Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment System

改革开放以来,健康领域成就显著,但"看病难""一号难求"的问题依然存在,分级诊疗制度作为应对策略之一逐步建立和完善,提高基层医疗服务能力的重要性日益凸显。通过培训提高社区药学人员素质是提高基层医疗服务能力的重要组成部分,分级诊疗体系下的社区药学人员培训模式值得探讨。该文通过对北京市某区属社区卫生服务机构药学服务和药学人员进行调研,并针对发现的问题,从统一基本药学服务规范入手,采用线上线下相结合的培训形式,实行理论与实践相结合的系统培训,并在培训中整合各级医疗卫生机构的资源,实现上下联动,广泛覆盖社区药学人员,取得良好培训效果,受到社区药学人员好评。"123"培训模式具有充分的借鉴意义。

Since the reform and opening up,remarkable achievements have been made in the field of health,but the problems of"difficult to see a doctor"and"difficult to obtain No.1"still exist.As one of the coping strategies,the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system has been gradually established and improved,and the importance of improving the ability of primary medical service has become increasingly prominent.Improving the quality of community pharmacy personnel through training is an important part of improving the ability of primary medical service.The training mode of community pharmacy personnel under the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is worth discussing.In this paper,through the investigation of pharmaceutical care and pharmaceutical personnel in a community health service institution in Beijing,and aiming at the problems found,starting from the unification of basic pharmaceutical care standards,the combination of online and offline training form,the implementation of systematic training combining theory and practice,and the integration of resources of medical and health institutions at all levels in the training,to achieve up-down linkage and extensive coverage The training of community pharmacists has achieved good results and has been well received by community pharmacists."123"training mode has full reference significance.
