一带一路背景下基于OBE理念的针灸推拿学专业应用型人才培养模式探索

针对"一带一路"倡议下国际化针灸推拿人才的需求现状,围绕高等教育"立德树人"目标,华北理工大学中医学院针灸推拿学专业修订国际化应用型人才培养方案,开展知识、能力与素质并重的多元化教学改革,落实科研项目引领课程教学,打造多层次的临床传承与国际交流平台,构建一二三四课堂互动的专业胜任力培养模式,培养国际化、双师型师资队伍,建立全面、实时、全程、闭环的教学保障与监控体系,保障学生国际应用能力、临床实践能力及传承创新能力的综合提高,形成了"一带一路"背景下基于成果导向教学理念(Outcome-based education,OBE)理念的针灸推拿学专业应用型人才培养模式。

According to the demand of international acupuncture and tuina talents,on the goal of high moral values establishment and people cultivation in higher education,the training plan of international applied talents is revised in Acupuncture and Tuina of TCM college of North China University of Science and Technology.The diversified teaching reform with equal emphasis on knowledge,ability and quality is carried out.The scientific research projects to lead the teaching course are implemented.The multi-level clinical inheritance and international exchange platform is Built.The professional competence training model of first,second,third and fourth class interaction is built.The internationalized and double qualified teachers and doctors’group is constructed.Establish a comprehensive,real-time,whole process,closed-loop teaching guarantee and monitoring system,to guarantee the comprehensive improvement of students’international application ability,clinical practice ability and inheritance and innovation ability,to form practical personnel training mode of acupuncture and tuina based on outcomes-based education(OBE)concept under the background of"The Belt and Road Initiative".
