疫情防控常态化下OSCE模式在妇产科研究生技能考核中的应用

The Application of OSCE in Postgraduate Skill Assessment under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control

目的探索疫情防控常态化下客观结构化临床考试(Objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)考核模式在妇产科研究生技能考核中的应用。方法选取2018年—2020年我院招收的36名专业型硕士研究生在妇产科规培轮转完毕后,进行以OSCE教学及考核方法为基础,以疫情防控的原则为指导,疫情防控常态化形势下的OSCE考核,考核结束后统计成绩并进行问卷调查。结果共有36名学生参加考核,其中优秀20名,良好11名,及格5名,无不及格者。问卷调查显示,34名学生对OSCE考核方案表示赞同,33名学生对疫情防控方案表示赞同和支持。结论疫情防控常态化的措施与OSCE相结合,一方面在考核过程中执行防控措施,确保考生和考官的健康;另一方面,将疫情防控的措施通过考核的方式灌输并揉和进学生的日常工作和学习中从而达到一举两得的目的。

Objective To explore the application of object ive structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment mode in the skill assessment of obstetrics and gynecology postgraduates under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Methods The professional postgraduates enrolled in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected.After the rotation of obstetrics and gynecology planning training,the OSCE assessment based on OSCE teaching and assessment methods,guided by the principles of epidemic prevention and control,was carried out in the form of normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Results A total of 36 students participated in the assessment,including 20 excellent students,11 good students,5 passing students and none failing students.The questionnaire survey showed that 34 students agreed with the OSCE assessment scheme,and 33 students agreed and supported the epidemic prevention and control scheme.Conclusion The normalization measures of epidemic prevention and control are combined with OSCE.On the one hand,the prevention and control measures are implemented in the assessment process to ensure the health of candidates and examiners;on the other hand,the measures of epidemic prevention and control are instilled into the daily work and study of students through assessment,so as to achieve the goal of killing two birds with one stone.
