摘要
目的采用基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法探索提高医学生中医肿瘤专科素养和英语能力的教学方法。方法将进入中医肿瘤科临床实习的64名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用PBL教学法进行中医肿瘤双语教学,对照组采用传统教育方式开展双语教学。通过出科考核成绩及调查问卷方式对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组学生的出科成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法在中医肿瘤双语教学中应用,可提高中医肿瘤专科临床教学质量和学生专业英语水平。
Objective Using the problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method to explore the teaching methods to improve the quality of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine education and English ability of medical students.Methods The clinical practice students in the oncology department were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted the PBL teaching method to carry out bilingual teaching,while the control group adopted the traditional education method to carry out bilingual teaching.The teaching effect was evaluated by the examination results and questionnaire.Results The scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method can improve the quality of clinical teaching and students’professional English level.
