柴胡疏肝散联合化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Huayu Xiaowei Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散联合化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的效果。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月的120例CAG患者作为研究对象,按照单双日的不同分为A组与B组,各60例。A组予以常规西药治疗,B组在A组的基础上加用柴胡疏肝散联合化瘀消萎汤治疗。比较2组的胃泌素-17(G-17)、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、Ⅱ(PGⅠ、PGⅡ)水平、中医证候积分及药物不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,B组患者的G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者的中医证候积分和不良反应总发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散联合化瘀消萎汤治疗CAG的效果显著,可有效改善患者胃黏膜分泌,且安全性较高,有利于患者快速康复及提升预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Huayu Xiaowei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and its influence on gastric mucosal secretion.Methods 120 CAG patients were divided into group A and group B,with 60 cases in each group,from October 2019 to October 2020.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine,and group B was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Huayu Xiaowei decoction.The levels of gastrin-17(G-17),serum pepsinogenⅠ,Ⅱ(PGⅠ,PGⅡ),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the total incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡin group B were higher than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and the total incidence of adverse reactions in group B were lower than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Huayu Xiaowei decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of CAG,which can rapidly improve the gastric mucosal secretion and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and has high safety,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients and improve the prognosis.
