基于微信平台中医健康教育对糖尿病肾病干预效果评价

Evaluation on the Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Education on Diabetic Nephropathy Based on We Chat platform

目的探讨基于微信平台中医健康教育对糖尿病肾病患者的干预效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年9月北京中医药大学东直门医院通州院区内分泌科的121例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为微信组(64例)和对照组(57例)。对照组仅在就诊期间进行饮食及生活方式的口头指导,微信组通过微信平台进行中医健康教育。比较2组患者的空腹血糖(Fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial blood glucose,2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hemoglobin A1C,Hb A1c)、尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(Albumin-creatinine ratio,ACR)及生活质量评分。结果微信组干预后的Hb Alc水平较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微信组干预后的ACR较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微信组干预后的躯体健康、躯体角色、总体健康、精力、心理健康及情绪角色评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信平台进行中医健康教育,可明显改善患者的Hb Alc水平及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine health education on diabetic nephropathy based on We Chat platform.Methods A total of 121 patients with diabetic nephropathy from January 2017 to September 2018 in the department of endocrinology of Tongzhou Branch,Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into We Chat group(64 cases)and control group(57 cases)by random number table method.The control group only received oral instruction on diet and lifestyle during the treatment period,while the We Chat group received traditional Chinese medicine health education through the We Chat platform.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and Hemoglobin A1 C(HbA1 c),Albumin-creatinine ratio(ACR)and quality of life score between the two groups was compared.Results The level of Hb A1 c in We Chat group after intervention was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ACR of We Chat group after intervention was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of physical health,body role,overall health,energy,mental health and emotional role in We Chat group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine health education through We Chat platform can significantly improve patients’Hb A1 c level and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
