中药外敷配合穴位按摩干预癌性疼痛的效果研究

Research on the Effect of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupoint Massage in the Intervention of Cancerous Pain

目的探讨应用中药外敷配合穴位按摩干预癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法选择2019年5月—2020年3月在江西省中西医结合医院肿瘤科住院的120例肿瘤患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组在常规治疗和护理下,按照"三阶梯止痛"为癌痛患者进行给药止痛,试验组在对照组基础上运用中药外敷+穴位按摩治疗,观察周期为2个疗程,每个疗程7 d。比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药外敷配合穴位按摩干预癌性疼痛的研究取得了良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage in the intervention of cancerous pain.Methods A total of 120 tumor patients admitted to the oncology department of Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was administrated according to the"three steps to relieve pain"for cancer pain patients under conventional treatment and nursing.The experimental group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The observation period was 2 courses of treatment,and each course of treatment was 7 days.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The study on the intervention of cancerous pain by external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage has achieved good therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical application.
