基于数据挖掘技术分析潘氏中医治疗乙肝后肝硬化的证治规律

Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment Regularity of Pan’s Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Posthepatitic B Cirrhosis Based on Data Mining Technology

目的分析潘氏中医治疗乙肝后肝硬化的证治规律。方法收集潘氏中医治疗乙肝后肝硬化的医案并建立数据库,利用中医传承辅助系统的频次统计、规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,对处方用药进行数据分析。结果筛选出有效医案99则,涉及中药148味,常用中药主要为疏肝行气药、健脾益气药、活血化瘀药和清热利湿药,得出潘氏中医治疗乙肝后肝硬化的主方为柴胡、枳壳、郁金、茯苓、白术、甘草、茵陈、鳖甲,并得到乙肝后肝硬化的不同证型主方及32组核心中药组合。结论潘氏中医治疗乙肝后肝硬化的基本治法为疏肝健脾,并根据证候不同配合采用活血化瘀、软坚散结、清热解毒、利湿退黄等方法。

Objective To analyze diagnosis and treatment regularity of Pan’s experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of posthepatitic B cirrhosis.Methods Collectting medical case of Pan’s treatment of posthepatitic cirrhosis,establishing the database,and the database of prescription with data mining was analyzed.Results Selletting 99 cases,148 traditional Chinese medicine are involved.These are qi-regulating drugs,spleen-strengthening drug,invigorating the circulation of medicine,heat medicine,dampness-transforming medicinal.Pan’s prescriptions for liver cirrhosis are radix bupleuri,bitter orange,turmeric,poria cocos,atractylodes,radix glycyrrhizae,herba artemisiae and turtle shell.The main prescription of different syndrome types and 32 core set of traditional Chinese medicine combination have also been found.Conclusion The basic treatment of Pan’s are invigorate the circulation of blood,resolving hard lump,clearing away heat and toxic materials,and resolving dampness.
