国医大师孙光荣中和思想在治未病中的应用

The Application of Harmonizing Thoughts from Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sun Guangrong in Preventive Medicine

孙光荣教授为第二届"国医大师",是著名的中医药临床学家和文献学家。孙老一生致力于《中藏经》研究,并提出"中和"学说,提倡依据"中和思想"→"中和辨证"→"中和组方"的体系化思辨模式,采用调气血、护脾胃、平升降、衡出入、致中和的方法进行临床诊疗。笔者(特指陈瑞芳)有幸拜孙老为师,亲身体会到孙老学术思想在治未病方面的重要价值。受孙老之学术影响,结合自身感悟和临床实践,本人引申提出治未病"调气血,畅气机,以平为期"的学术观点,认为"气"为人体之本,气血互根互用,内化关联生理之脏腑官体周身,中生关联心理之声动情神,外应关联自然界之气味音色方季,内外一体,动态相关,均以气血为用;气血失和,正气虚弱之所见诸病,伤本夹标,并见虚实寒热阴阳顺逆生死之变,故应遵循畅气机、调气血、护脾胃、平阴阳的重要治则治法。在该思想指导下,临床诊疗颇多效验。

Professor Sun Guangrong is the second"Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine"and is a well-known Chinese medicine clinician and biologist.He devoted his life to the study of Zhong Zang Jing and proposed the harmonizing theory.Master Sun advocating a systematic speculative model based on"harmonizing theory"→"harmonizing syndrome differentiation"→harmonizing prescriptions"and using regulating qi and blood,protecting spleen and stomach,balancing upward,downward,inward and outward,and achieving the balance methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.The authors are fortunate to worship Sun Master as the teacher.Influenced by academic thoughts of Master Sun,and combined with the authors’perception and clinical practice,the authors extended the academic viewpoint of"harmonizing qi and blood,regulating qi movement,achieving the balance".The authors believe the qi is the basis of the human body,and rooted with blood.The qi and blood related to the internal organs of the viscera of the body,the psychological sound,and emotions.The internal and external integration is dynamic and related.All the diseases were caused by weak qi and blood.Therefore,it is important to follow the treatment rules of regulating qi and blood,protecting Spleen and stomach,balancing yin and yang.Guided by this idea,the clinical diagnosis and treatment are usually effectively.
