糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,尤其以周围神经病变最常见,临床上多以肢端麻木疼痛为主要症状,肌电图及神经传导速度检查异常。由于西医发病病因及发病机制不明确,西医治疗上只是对因治疗及对症处理,疗效不甚理想,刘华珍主任医师从事中医临床30余年,经验丰富,在辨证论治指导下,自拟中药方,运用中药熏洗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效显著,现将经验总结,与同道共享。
