五苓散联合六味地黄丸治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wuling Powder Combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the Treatment of Ascites Due to Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的探讨五苓散联合六味地黄丸治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月—2019年9月收治的90例乙肝肝硬化腹水患者作为研究对象,按照住院号的不同,将住院号为奇数的患者作为对照组,住院号为偶数的患者作为研究组,每组45例。对照组予常规保肝、抗病毒药物治疗;研究组在对照组基础上给予五苓散联合六味地黄丸治疗。比较2组的临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后的血清白蛋白(Albumin,ALB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、及总胆红素(Total bilirubin,TBIL)等肝功能指标;比较2组的不良反应总发生率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的ALB水平高于对照组,AST、ALT及TBIL水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五苓散联合六味地黄丸治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水能提高治疗效果,改善肝功能指标,没有新的不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of Wuling powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites.Methods A total of 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different admission numbers,patients with odd admission numbers were taken as the control group,and patients with even admission numbers were taken as the study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine liver protection and antiviral drugs.The study group was given Wuling powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Serum albumin(ALB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL)and other liver function indicators,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ALB level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the AST,ALT and TBIL levels were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wuling powder combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill is safe and reliable in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites,so it is worthy of clinical application.
