龙胆泻肝汤治疗肝火上炎型高血压临床研究

Clinical Study on Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the Treatment of Liver Fire Flaring up Type Hypertension

目的研究龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗肝火上炎型高血压的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年4月大连市友谊医院收治的140例高血压患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组70例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分以及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,2组患者的收缩压、舒张压以及中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗对肝火上炎型高血压患者进行治疗,有较好的降压效果,不仅能够降低患者的中医证候积分,还能提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction on blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and quality of life in the treatment of liver fire flaring up type hypertension.Methods A total of 140 hypertensive patients admitted to Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the main research objects.According to the random number table method,the 140 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of liver fire flaring up type hypertension has a significant effect on lowering blood pressure.It can not only reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the patients,but also improve the quality of life of the patients.
