针刺肩痛穴联合伤药软膏外敷、功法锻炼治疗肩关节周围炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Acupuncture Jiantong Point Combined with Shangyao Ointment External Applicated and Traditional Exercises in Treating Frozen shoulder

目的观察针刺肩痛穴联合伤药软膏外敷、功法锻炼治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的临床疗效。方法将60例肩周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组进行伤药软膏外敷、功法锻练;试验组在对照组的治疗基础上加针刺肩痛穴。治疗2周后,比较2组视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、关节活动度(Range of motion,ROM)及总体疗效评定。结果2组治疗后的VAS评分较治疗前低,且试验组VAS评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的ROM较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伤药软膏外敷、功法锻练与伤药软膏外敷、功法锻练基础上加针刺肩痛穴的疗效相当,均能改善ROM,但伤药软膏外敷、功法锻练基础上加针刺肩痛穴能减轻患者的疼痛,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of acupuncture on Jiantong point combined with Shangyao ointment and traditional exercises in frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 60 frozen shoulder patients were randomly assigned to trial group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Shangyao ointment was external applicated and traditional exercises were given to the patients in the control group.The tria1 group received acupuncture Jiantong point as an additional therapy on the basis of the control group.The overall efficacy assessment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and range of motion(ROM)of two groups were evalued and analyzed after two weeks of treatment..Results The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the tria1 group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).ROM of the two groups was improved after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of external application of Shangyao ointment and exercise is similar to that of external application of Shangyao ointment and traditional exercises based on acupuncture on Jiantong point,both can improve ROM,but external application of Shangyao ointment and traditional exercises based on acupuncture on shoulder pain point can reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
