针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月—2019年8月江西省崇仁县中医院针灸科收治的56例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,以单双数方式分为2组,单数为试验组,双数为对照组,每组28例。对照组采用牵引治疗,试验组采用中医针灸治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、日本骨科学会下腰痛评分表(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)、治疗总有效率及生活质量评分。结果试验组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.001);试验组的治疗总有效率为92.86%(26/28),高于对照组的71.43%(20/28)(P<0.05);试验组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中应用中医针灸治疗,可有效缓解患者的腰部疼痛,加快腰部功能恢复,同时提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 56 patients with lumbar disc disease admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups with 28 patients in each group.The odd group was the experimental group and the even group was the control group.The control group received traction treatment,and the experimental group received acupuncture and moxibustion.The visual analogue scale(VAS)pain index,Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)low back pain judgment,treatment efficiency and quality of life scores were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the JOA score of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.86%(26/28),which was higher than that of the control group(71.43%,20/28)(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce the lumbar pain,accelerate the recovery of lumbar function,improve the efficiency of treatment,improve the quality of life,and accelerate the recovery of patients,which is of great value and significance in clinical practice and is worth popularizing.
