毫火针刺联合耳穴压豆治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical Observation on Filiform Fire Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Acupoints Pressing in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的系统性评估毫火针刺联合耳穴压豆对周围性面瘫患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月抚顺市中医院神经内科病房住院并接受治疗的60例周围性面瘫患者,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用毫火针刺治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合耳穴压豆治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、Portmann功能评分及临床疗效变化情况。结果经临床治疗后,试验组中医证候积分(5.48±1.27)分,Portmann面瘫功能评分(17.26±1.37)分,对照组中医证候积分(8.26±1.36)分,Portmann面瘫功能评分(11.30±2.19)分,数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经临床治疗后,试验组总有效率90.00%(27/30),对照组总有效率76.67%(23/30),数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周围性面瘫患者应用毫火针刺治疗联合耳穴压豆可显著提高面神经修复速率,恢复神经传导通路,改善面部运动功能,通经活络、开窍醒脑,降低患者面瘫后遗症几率,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of filiform fire acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 60 A total of 60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were hospitalized and treated in the Department of Neurology of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into control group and test group by envelope method.The control group of 30 cases wass treated with filiform fire acupuncture treatment,and the experimental group of 30 cases was treated with auricular point pressing on the basis of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Portmann functional score and clinical efficacy in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and Portmann facial paralysis function score in the experimental group were(5.48±1.27)and(17.26±1.37),respectively,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and Portmann facial paralysis function score in the control group were(8.26±1.36)and(11.30±2.19),respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After clinical treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%(27/30),the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%(23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of filiform fire acupuncture combined with auricular acupoints pressing in patients with peripheral facial paralysis can significantly increase the facial nerve repair rate,restore nerve conduction pathways,improve facial motor function.The combined stimulation has significant clinical effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
