针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选择沈阳松辽中医院腰椎间盘突出症100例,所有患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例。对照组(50例)给予常规药物治疗,治疗组(50例)给予针灸治疗。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后中医证候积分、疼痛评分(Numeric rating scales,NRS)、腰椎功能(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)评分、生活质量评分。结果治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组各项评分标准均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者进行针灸治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation in Shenyang Songliao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.All patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group(50 cases)received conventional drug treatment,and the treatment group(50 cases)received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Numeric Rating Scales(NRS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores(JOA),and quality of life scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score in treatment group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation is significant.
