本文介绍杨国红教授治疗血管迷走性晕厥验案1则。血管迷走性晕厥属于中医"厥证"范畴,现代医学治疗手段有限,中医在此方面积累了大量临床经验,但大多以益气养血、活血化瘀、疏肝健脾、补肾开窍等治法为主,较少从痰饮论治。杨师立足脾胃,从痰饮角度着手,着重恢复脾升胃降之机,治病谨守病机、灵活运用经方,为该病的临床治疗提供思路。

This article introduces the experience of Professor Yang Guohong in treating jue syndrome(vasovagal syncope).Vasovagal syncope belongs to the category of"jue syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern medical treatments are limited,traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated a lot of clinical experience in this area.But most of them are mainly to nourish qi and blood,promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,smooth the liver and invigorate the spleen,tonify the kidney and open the orifices,and less to treat from phlegm.Based on the spleen and stomach,Dr.Yang started from the perspective of phlegm and drink,focusing on restoring the mechanism of spleen rising and stomach lowering,keeping the pathogenesis and flexibly applying the classical prescription to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.
