中医特色护理在痰阻血瘀型冠心病中的应用

The Application of Characteristic Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease of Phlegm Obstructing Blood Stasis

目的探讨中医特色护理在痰阻血瘀型冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2018年6月在新疆石河子市石河子大学医学院第一附属医院中医科住院治疗的74例痰阻血瘀型冠心病患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上采取心包经按摩。比较2组的护理干预效果及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者护理后的治疗总有效率为100%(37/37),高于对照组的83.78%(31/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后的躯体活动受限程度和稳定情况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患者正常治疗用药、常规护理的前提下,通过心包经按摩,可以改善痰阻血瘀型冠心病患者心绞痛发作临床症状,从而提高临床疗效,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm obstructing blood stasis.Methods A total of 74 patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm obstructing blood stasis hospitalized in department of traditional Chinese medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shihezi University from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly selected.Seventy-four patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment and traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the study group received pericardium massage on the basis of conventional drug treatment and traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The effects of the two nursing interventions on the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group after nursing was 100%(37/37),which was higher than that of the control group(83.78%,31/37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical activity limitation and stability in the study group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the premise of normal treatment and medication and routine nursing,pericardial massage can improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris attack in patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm obstructing blood stasis,thereby improving the clinical effect and the quality of life of patients.
