本文通过"读经典、讲经典、用经典"三位一体培养模式的研究,探索学术型研究生新的培养模式,将中医基础研究生培养成具有综合能力的中医药人才。通过加强学院教师教学能力和中医经典思维突出的优势,以及多学科融合,建立起符合我院研究生培养优势的新型模式。培养的研究生在教学方面能力强,在科研方面能力突出,与导师研究方向的领域一致的发展现状,中医经典掌握牢固,并能灵活运用于临床。基于此对研究生培养可提高科研水平、教学能力、临床技能、创新能力、辨证思维能力,从而提高人才培养质量。

Through the study of the trinity training mode of"reading the classics,speaking the classics,and using the classics",this article explores a new training mode for academic graduates,and solves the problem of traditional Chinese medicine talents with comprehensive capabilities in basic graduates of traditional Chinese medicine.With the advantages of college teachers’strong teaching ability,outstanding traditional Chinese medicine classic thinking,and multi-disciplinary integration,a new model that meets our college’s graduate training advantages has been established.Cultivating postgraduates with strong teaching skills,outstanding research areas are consistent with the research direction of their supervisors,and strong grasp of traditional Chinese medicine classics,and can be flexibly applied to the clinic.Based on this,the cultivation of graduate students can improve the scientific research level,teaching ability,clinical skills,innovation ability,and dialectical thinking ability,thereby improving the quality of talent training.
