本文以新时期职业教育改革"1+X"证书制度颁布为背景,探讨了"1+X"证书制度的内涵及功能等,特别对作为制度精髓所在的书证融通进行深入探讨,并以医疗设备应用技术专业(医学影像设备方向)为例,详细介绍了超声诊断仪安装维修专项职业能力培训融通方案的设计思路,融通方案具体内容,鉴定及考核方式。这是在"1+X"证书制度出台后的一次积极探索和尝试,提供了一种新的技术技能人才培养模式。通过培训,学生的专项职业能力得到显著提升,达到了预期效果。此次尝试也为进一步开拓其他专项职业能力培训、为从业人员提供培训服务打下良好基础。

Based on the promulgation of the"1+X"certificate system in the new era of vocational education reform,this paper discusses the connotation and function of the"1+X"certificate system,especially the integration of documentary evidence as the essence of the system.Taking the application technology of medical equipment(the direction of medical imaging equipment)as an example,this paper introduces in detail the special vocational ability training for the installation and maintenance of ultrasonic diagnostic instrument.The design idea,specific content,appraisal and assessment method of the accommodation scheme.This is an active exploration and attempt after the introduction of"1+X"certificate system,which provides a new training mode of technical and technical talents.Through the training,students’special professional ability has been significantly improved,and achieved the expected effect.This attempt also laid a good foundation for further developing other special vocational ability training and providing training services for social members.
