摘要
NO_(x)是目前主要大气环境污染物之一,去除NO_(x)是大气净化领域研究的热点,其中Fe-Mn-O_(x)催化剂去除NO_(x)的效率较高。对Fe-Mn-O_(x)催化剂进行了一系列研究,采用共沉淀(CP)、水热(HT)、溶胶-凝胶(SG)方法分别制备了该催化剂,对这3种催化剂的NH3-选择性催化还原(SCR)性能进行了探究。制备方法对催化剂的活性产生较多影响,影响因素有Mn和Fe物种的存在状态、催化剂的可还原性、催化剂的孔容、催化剂的平均孔径、催化剂的表面酸性等。结果证明,水热法制备的Fe-Mn-O_(x)催化剂催化活性最佳。
NO_(x) is one of the major atmospheric environmental pollutants, and NO_(x) removal is a hotspot in the field of atmospheric purification.Among them, Fe-Mn-O_(x) catalyst has a high efficiency in NO_(x) removal.A series of studies on Fe-Mn-O_(x) catalysts were carried out, Fe-Mn-O_(x) catalysts were prepared by co precipitation(CP),hydrothermal method(HT) and sol-gel(SG) respectively.The NH3-SCR properties of the three catalysts were investigated.The difference of preparation methods would have a lot of influence on the activity.There were many influencing factors, such as the existing state of Mn and Fe species, the reducibility of the catalyst, the pore volume of the catalyst, the average pore size of the catalyst, the surface acidity of the catalyst, etc.All these factors had a series of effects on SCR activity.The Fe-Mn-O_(x) catalyst prepared by hydrothermal method has the best catalytic activity.
