制定化学试剂储存标准原则和内容的探究

化学试剂品种多、数量小、应用范围广,目前存在法规空白与现实管理的脱节,有必要制定化学试剂储存的标准。制定该标准应当坚持科学量化管理、融合行业经验、借鉴国内国际标准规范、科技赋能、应急优先和问题导向等原则。该标准应当建立符合化学试剂储存的有限数量包装,包装要符合跌落和堆码等安全性能要求,按照危险性细化分级、分级管理、分类施策,推进化学试剂储存管理的信息化、数字化和智能化应用,制定应急管理要求,确定储存管理规范。制定本标准,意在破解化学试剂行业发展的瓶颈,建立化学试剂规范化管理体系,破解现实使用的困境和监管的难题,推动化学试剂依法监管、理性监管、科学监管水平。
