摘要
介绍了城市生活垃圾特点及气化原理,分析了热解气化、超临界水气化和等离子气化的优缺点。着重就城市生活垃圾气化制合成气过程中的影响因素(气化温度、气化介质、当量比、蒸汽/MSW比和催化剂等)进行了综述和讨论,分析了不同类型反应器的特点。在此基础上,对城市生活垃圾气化制合成气进行了展望。
The characteristics of municipal solid waste and the gasification principle are introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of pyrolysis gasification,supercritical water gasification and plasma gasification are analyzed.The influencing factors in the process of municipal solid waste gasification to syngas are reviewed and discussed,including gasification temperature,medium,equivalence ratio,steam/MSW ratio and catalyst,etc.The characteristics of different types of reactors are analyzed.Prospect for gasification of municipal solid waste to syngas is discussed.
