基于BIM技术的老年公寓建筑消防疏散系统设计

Design of elderly apartment building fire evacuation system based on BIM Technology

为了提升老年公寓建筑消防疏散水平,文中设计一种基于BIM技术的老年公寓建筑消防疏散系统。系统以包含老年公寓设计全生命周期信息数据模型的BIM建筑信息模块为基础,设计消防设计模块,利用传感器技术、自动化控制技术与计算机网络技术实现老年公寓消防功能;通过火灾模拟模块准确计算火灾初始参数,模拟老年公寓内任意区域火灾现场情况,为消防疏散救援提供依据;利用人员安全疏散模块针对火灾情况制定符合老年人的安全疏散方案,为老年公寓消防救援提供便利。消防应急预案模块以上述4个模块相关信息为基础,根据火灾现场实际情况,快速制定适合老年人的救援方案,消防信息管理模块可处理系统中用户访问、信息录入修改与调阅等问题。应用测试结果显示,该系统可准确构建建筑信息模型,提升计算精度,利于消防疏散与应急预案的准确制定。

In order to improve the fire evacuation level of the apartment building for the elderly,a fire evacuation system based on BIM Technology is designed for the elderly apartment building.The system based on the BIM building information module which contains the whole life cycle information data model of the elderly apartment design to design the fire protection design module.The fire protection function of the elderly apartment is realized by using sensor technology,automatic control technology and computer network technology.The fire simulation module is used to calculate the initial fire parameters accurately,and simulate the fire scene in any area of the elderly apartment for providing the basis for fire evacuation and rescue.According to the fire situation,the safety evacuation module is used to formulate a safe evacuation scheme suitable for the elderly,which provides convenience for the fire rescue of the elderly apartment.The fire emergency plan module is based on the related information provided by the above mentioned modules to quickly lay down a rescue plan suitable for the elderly according to the actual situation of the fire scene.The fire information management module can deal with the issues of user access,information input,modification and retrieval in the system.The actual test results show that the system can accurately build the building information model,improve the calculation accuracy,and facilitate the accurate formulation of fire evacuation and emergency plan.
