广州白云国际会议中心会议服务满意度及其影响因素研究

Research on Meeting Service Satisfaction and Its Infl uencing Factors of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center

本文重点研究广州白云国际会议中心会议服务满意度及其影响因素,通过问卷调查及SPSS对数据进行分析,得出了以下两个结论:一是会议基础设施、会议服务人员、其他服务都对会议服务产生正相关的关系,但对广州白云国际会议中心会议服务产生影响的因素主要来自会议基础设施和会议服务人员。二是对会议基础设施和会议服务人员的专业化程度、满足需求及时性满意度较低。因此,只有提高顾客的满意程度,才能有效提升广州白云国际会议中心的顾客重购意愿,提升会议服务品质,从而实现追求更高利润的双向利益最大化目标。

This article focuses on the research of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center’s meeting service satisfaction and its influencing factors.Through the questionnaire survey and SPSS analysis of the data,the following two conclusions are reached:First,the meeting infrastructure,meeting service personnel,and other services are all relevant to the meeting.Services have a positive correlation,but the factors affecting the conference services of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center mainly come from the conference infrastructure and conference service personnel.Second,the degree of specialization of conference infrastructure and conference service personnel,as well as the satisfaction of meeting the timeliness needs are low.Therefore,only by improving customer satisfaction,can the Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center's customers repurchase willingness and conference service quality be effectively improved,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing the two-way benefi t of pursuing higher profi ts.
