摘要
本文结合农产品冷链安全管理与物流服务质量管理的相关研究,基于风险思维,从企业固有物流服务能力、冷链物流过程质量控制和冷链物流服务质量满意度三个维度分析影响农产品冷链物流质量的因素,构建包含3个一级指标和10个二级指标的农产品冷链物流质量评价体系,以期为农产品冷链物流企业改进服务质量提供参考。
Based on the risk thinking,this paper analyzes the factors infl uencing the quality of cold chain logistics of agricultural products from three dimensions:the inherent logistics service ability,the quality control of cold chain logistics process and the satisfaction of cold chain logistics service quality.In addition,the paper also constructs a cold chain logistics quality evaluation system of agricultural products,which includes three primary and ten secondary indexes,in order to provide reference for the improvement of service quality of cold chain logistics enterprises.
